- Endorse the back of the check and write “For Mobile Deposit at WWM”
- Place the check on a flat, well-lit surface; avoid shadows and blur
- Capture the front and back images inside the app frame
- Keep your paper check until funds are fully available
- Deposits are subject to review and daily limits
Quick Facts About Mobile Deposit
- Most deposits made on business days before cutoff are reviewed the same day
- You’ll see a confirmation inside the app when your deposit is submitted
- Availability may vary; large or unusual items may require extended holds
- Please retain the original check for 14 days after your deposit is approved
